2. Products & Orders

• All products are subject to availability.
• Our designs are either pre-made by our in-house team or custom-created based on user requests.
• Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled after 12 hours.
• Limited edition and custom items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are displayed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase through our trusted payment gateways.
• We reserve the right to update prices or promotional offers without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are fulfilled on a made-to-order basis.
• Delivery timelines vary depending on location but typically range from 5–8 business days.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
• FashionHunter is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to our made-to-order model, returns are only accepted if:

• The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
• The wrong product was sent.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.

Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving an item to request a return/exchange.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, images, and content on our platforms are the exclusive property of FashionHunter.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution of our designs is strictly prohibited.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse our website, products, or services.

Any abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activity may result in termination of services and legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

FashionHunter is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Delays or disruptions beyond our control.
• Issues arising from improper care or misuse of products.
